The Jamie Dimon manifesto

The 2023 shareholder letter from JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is chock full of policy ideas. Jamie Dimon, the billionaire CEO of JPMorgan Chase, outlined some of the biggest issues facing the company, the country, and the world in his 2023 annual shareholder letter. But he says that the US needs to flex its other muscles of power — economic policy, diplomacy, and intelligence — beyond military strength. Dimon points to the growth in wage inequality, saying that "wrong" policy falls disproportionately on the backs of lower-earning Americans. Dimon previously said that taxes on the wealthy could help offset the costs of bolstering the EITC.

Musk added that X's US advertising revenue has declined by 60%, saying this was "primarily due to pressure on advertisers by ADL." It has recorded increased hate speech on the platform since Musk's $44 billion takeover in October 2022. He responded to a post by YouTube streamer Keith Woods — previously accused by ADL of spreading antisemitic content — saying "ADL has tried very hard to strangle X/Twitter."

This elation has lulled Wall Street into a false sense of security, according to the investing world's elite who I've spoken with over the past few weeks. It's like all the good little boys and girls on Wall Street asked for a rally for Christmas and got it. He added that nonprofessional retail investors' strong return to the market indicated an unsustainable rally. Anytime Wall Street has forgotten that over the past year, it has gotten punished. And that means Wall Street will eventually have to open its eyes, take its fingers out of its ears, and watch this bear-market rally fall apart.
In addition to Italy, over the last five years, Cook has worked in Kenya, Thailand, and 12 other countries. At the time, startups were the only type of company I found that were open to fully remote work. When I started doing this in 2018, remote working like this wasn't as common as it is now. Now, since more people have access to this life because of remote work, a number of companies have cropped up for this exact kind of thing. Already, hundreds of bodies have been retrieved, including those of children, Ukrainian forensic technicians here say. Some of the graves bear wooden crosses, inscribed with the names of the dead and sometimes floral tributes.
